So what’s this blog all about?

Are you tired of reading articles advertising ways to live low-waste that are impractical, expensive, or just plain redundant?

Are you disillusioned with the incredibly pervasive, impractical dichotomy drawn between social justice and environmental efforts?

Are you exhausted from looking for climate content that’s not totally a downer?

Well, I sure am! That’s why I’ve created It’s Not Easy Being Green, your one-stop shop for resources and commentary on low-waste living tips, climate news & media, and topics related to intersectional environmental justice, to name a few.

I believe firmly in the notion that while climate change is mostly due to the irresponsible acts of corporations, governments, and other powerful groups, the power of our collective and individual actions still matter greatly.

As it only takes one match to burn down a forest, it only takes one act of kindness to start a movement.
